Terms
These terms are a straightforward agreement for using jongjong, a private couple app from jong studio.

By creating an account or using jongjong, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
jongjong is a private space for two people who mutually connect. It may include Today moments, chat, Our Room, couple pets, letters, shared drawing, memories, Couple Play, and Couple Booth. Features can change as the product grows.
jongjong is not a public social network. There is no public feed of other people's couple content.
A couple space is created when two people connect, usually with an invite code. Share that code only with the person you intend to join. Once connected, content in that space is meant for the two of you.
If the connection was a mistake, stop using the shared space and use account deletion if you need the space closed. Deleting an account while connected closes the shared couple space for both people.
You keep your rights in the photos, drawings, letters, messages, questions, room objects, and other content you create. You give jong studio a limited permission to host, store, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate jongjong for you and your connected partner — including backups and delivery through our service providers.
This permission is not a license for jong studio to publish your couple content in a public gallery. If you export an image yourself (for example through the iOS share sheet), that choice is yours.

Couple Play may include prompts you write and built-in prompts. Some spicy prompts are shown only after both partners opt in and confirm they are adults. You are responsible for the questions and answers you add, and for playing in a way that is okay for both of you.
Game content is still private to your couple space. It is not a public prompt board.
The jongjong name, pets, room art, and app design belong to jong studio or its licensors. You may not copy the app, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use our branding in a way that suggests you operate jongjong.
We try to keep jongjong available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may be delayed, changed, or unavailable because of maintenance, networks, device permissions, or provider outages.
You may delete your account in the app: Us → Help, feedback & privacy. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we cannot safely operate.
When an account is deleted while a couple connection exists, the shared space is closed as described in the Privacy Policy.
jongjong is provided as a personal couple experience, “as is,” to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise that it will meet every expectation, catch every error, or preserve every file in every failure case.
To the extent allowed by law, jong studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost content, arising from your use of jongjong. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to what the law requires.
Nothing here is meant to limit rights that cannot be limited, including those that apply to consumers in your country.
We may update these terms as the product changes. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
