You can sign in with Apple, Google, or an existing email account. If Apple Hide My Email is on, your relay address is the one attached to the account.
Email accounts: use Already have an email account? on the sign-in screen, then Forgot password? if you need a reset.
If sign-in loops or the app stays on a loading screen, force-quit jongjong and try again on a stable network.
Apple or Google sign-in problems are often resolved by checking that the same provider account is being used on this device.
Couple connection / invitation
jongjong is a private space for two people who mutually connect. There is no public feed and no way to browse other couples.
One person starts a couple space and shares the invite code.
The other person joins with that code. Connection is mutual — content stays between the two linked accounts.
If a code does not work, confirm it was typed exactly, has not already been used, and that both of you are signed in.
If you connected to the wrong person, use account deletion only after you understand that shared couple data is closed with the space. See Account Deletion.
Photos & Memories
Camera and photo-library access are used when you choose to capture or pick a photo — for Today moments, letters, room cutouts, Couple Booth, or saving an image to your library.
If the camera is blocked, check iOS Settings → jongjong → Camera / Photos.
Memories keep photos and drawings you choose to save together. They are visible to your connected partner, not posted publicly.
Couple Booth runs as a short camera session (including the web booth at this same site). Only one app can use the camera at a time — close FaceTime, Zoom, or other camera apps if capture fails.
Our Room
Our Room is a shared room you decorate together: furniture, photos, text, cutouts, mailbox, and play objects. You can switch between spaces such as Our Room and Game Room when that control is shown.
Open it from the Pet tab.
If an object does not save, wait for the network to finish, then reopen the room. Avoid editing on both phones at the exact same moment.
Sharing a room image uses your device share sheet. jongjong does not publish that image to a public gallery.
Couple Pets
Cici, Ggg, and other pets live in your shared room. Pet progress and placement are stored with your couple space so both of you see the same companions.
If a pet does not appear, leave the room and open Pet again, or relaunch the app.
Today can also show a smaller pet presence. Room and Today placements are related but not always identical.
Letters
Write special letters from the mailbox in Our Room, or leave smaller For You notes in the Love Note Box.
Mailbox: tap MAIL in Our Room → View Our Mail or Write a Letter.
A letter is for your connected partner. It is not a public post.
If a letter does not arrive, confirm you are still connected as a couple and that the sender finished sending — not only drafted.
Shared Drawing
The shared canvas lets both of you add strokes to the same drawing. Open it from Today → Draw, or from the small canvas in Our Room when it is shown.
Take turns if strokes seem to overwrite each other.
Saved drawings can also appear in Memories when you keep them.
Couple Games
Couple Play lives in Our Room: Kuji boards, Truth or Dare, Question Jar, Secret Mission, and For You notes. You can also add your own questions and cards for some games.
Spicy Truth or Dare content is shown only after both partners opt in.
Question Jar questions you write are for your couple space, not a public prompt pool.
If a game object cannot be placed, try again after the room finishes loading.
Technical Issues
Update to the latest App Store version of jongjong.
Check your network, then force-quit and reopen the app.
Sign out and sign back in only if the session looks stuck — this does not delete your couple space.
Couple Booth on the web needs HTTPS, camera permission in the browser, and a current Safari or Chrome tab. Camera access fails if another tab already holds the camera.
When you report a bug, include the screen name, roughly when it happened, and whether both partners saw the same issue.
Privacy & Data
jongjong stores couple content so you and your connected partner can use it. It is not a public social network.
Read the full Privacy Policy for what is collected, what your partner can see, and which service providers operate the app.
Location is used only if you opt into approximate couple distance, and only while the app is in use. You can turn that off in the app and in iOS Settings.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app:
Us → Help, feedback & privacy → permanently delete account.
Deletion cannot be undone. If you are connected as a couple, the shared couple space is closed. Shared moments, chat, letters, room data, and related couple records are removed with that space, and the other person is unlinked so they can form a new connection. Your sign-in account is then deleted.
If the delete button fails, send feedback from the same Help screen and include the email on the account.

Choose a category (bug, idea, support, or other) and write your message. If you are signed in, the app can include the email on that account so we can reply.
A public support email is not published in this project yet.
